The education among minorities is still inferior to that of the education among whites because of money, teachers, and resources.
The frugal ups and downs in the second half of the twentieth century had dim results on African Americans. In the 1960s, as the delivery boomed and the civil rights movement lowered barriers, African Americans make transcendent gains in employment and income. But the post 1973 economic slowness hit African Americans hard, especially the men.
